Shipping
Ordering an item from TheWord2Wear.com? We’ll ship to practically any address in
the United States. The Word 2 Wear will also ship to PO boxes.
Most orders ship within 2-3 days after receiving payment. We maintain a stock of all
shirts advertised on our website. However, from time to time some items may be on
back-order due to high demand. In those cases, we will try to inform you when you
can expect your order to ship. On average, please allow 2-3 weeks for out of stock
items to ship.
If you place a group order, all items will be shipped together whenever possible.
Shipping charges will be calculated based upon your order size. If you choose to
ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees
for each shipment.

Returns
Every item from The Word 2 Wear is inspected twice for order accuracy and defects.
Should you receive an item that is defective, please contact us and return it to us
within 10 days of receiving your order. We will replace your item with an identical
one, free of defects. Please consult our sizing chart before ordering. Should you
find that you’ve ordered the wrong size shirt or wrong design, we will not be able to
replace it once your order has shipped.
Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Pack the items along with a copy of the receipt securely in a box. You can use
the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Properly address the box to The Word 2 Wear, PO Box 350477, Jacksonville FL
32235.
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up or drop off at your local USPS
Office.
We'll also reimburse the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Any
returned item that is determined to have been damaged after customer receipt will
not be exchanged.
Cancel An Order
You can cancel your order for any item sold by TheWord2Wear.com, provided that
the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Please contact us to initiate the cancellation.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be
canceled by you or by The Word 2 Wear. However, you can return the item for a
refund.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier
returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping
charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you
would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a
new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not
received confirmation of its return or refund please contact us.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically
returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your
address carefully when placing a new order.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Address Format
To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter
the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.
Other Address Problems
If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions
associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the
penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the
shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to
the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels
it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after
three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it
was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the
recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Typographical Errors
